Zhejiang Mayang Industrial Co.,Ltd (The predecessor is Zhejiang wuyi Mayang precision Casting factory) is an enterprise which has more than 26-year experience in manufacturing abrasion resistant, long-wearing, heat resistant and corrosion-proof casting. factory is located in Wuyi, a city in China known as the home of fluorite and hot springs. We have easy access to abundant supply of electricity and convenient transportation.

Ma-Yang Company has fixed assets of more than USD 65,110,000 with an annual output of more than 38,000 metric tons of products, and can manufacture the single weight of the products from 0.5kg to 20000kg. Our main production line includes sand casting and melted mould casting of high-manganese steel, high-chrome cast iron, alloy steel, stainless steel and carbon steel. These products are widely used for long-wearing, heat resistant and corrosion-proof mechanical applications in recycle metal crusher, mining, metallurgical, chemical, cement and oil industries.

Our company has complete equipment, including ten induction furnaces from 0.1 ton to 10 tons. Meanwhile, we also have each production line of sand casting and precision casting, four environment protection heat treatment furnace of 25 tons, five heat resistant treatment furnace of 3 tons, 22 cranes, two hydraulic pressure machine of 1,500 tons, four sets of physicochemical examination equipment and four sets of metallographic examination equipment, and equipped with international advanced LOBF direct-reading spectrograph produced in Germany, and have one high frequency infrared carbon and sulfur analyzer. We employ highly qualified technical personnel, our factory total have 500 workers; 6 with advanced technical titles, 22 with elementary or intermediate technical titles, 30 high-level technicians and about 80 technicians with basic skills. Furthermore, 18 surveyors in charge of physicochemical examination and 30 surveyors in charge of quality control are involved in our factory.
